ID Display and Search Enhancements
All Institutions:
UT-Austin has created some enhancements to the vendor ID display and
search function. The GG3 and GG4 screens will now display
the EID. Also, a document creator will be able to see and search by
EID when using the vendor ID field help feature on voucher documents
(VMM).
In addition to these two enhancements are the new PG3 and PG4 screens.
These two screens are modified GG3 and GG4 screens showing
the EID of each vendor. These screens have been created for future use
by users involved in the purchasing process.
These enhancements will
be available in *DEFINE to all institutions beginning Monday, May
29, 2006.
