VP7 / VP9 Cover Sheet Enhancement

A change has been made to the VP7 and VP9 cover sheets indicating that they should be
sent to the Office of Accounting. This change was made in preparation for future imaging
of VP7 and VP9 documents. However, Imaging and Documentation Services has not yet
implemented scanning of these documents. Therefore, please do not forward your
documentation at this time. You will be notified in advance when the scanning will begin.

Some departments have requested that the signature line be added back to the transmittal
form. This is being planned for the next round of VP7/VP9 documents. If you have other
suggestions regarding information to be included on the form, please send your suggestions
to the Office of Accounting Help Line, oa.askme@austin.utexas.edu.
