Voucher Transmittal Form (VTF) Enhancements
Attention UT-Austin and Components
As of March 5, 2005, the following enhancements have been done to the Voucher
Transmittal Form (VTF) for all voucher payment types (VPs):
- In order to secure Social Security Numbers, the Vendor IDentification
Number (VID#) will no longer appear on the VTF if it begins with a 2 or 4.
The VID# will appear on the VTF if it begins with a 1 or 3.
- If there is more than one page of transactions for the VTF, all transactions
now appear.
- Debits and credits are now distinguished on all VPs’ VTFs’ by a D for
debits and a C for credits.
