Current Students:

To access the University of Texas at Austin's online services, you will need your UT EID and password.

Note: Your UT EID does not expire when you leave the university.

Former Students:

• Obtain your UT EID for current and upcoming online services!
  • With your UT EID, you can make a payment at the click of a button!
  • To claim or reset your UT EID, visit:
    https://utdirect.utexas.edu/nlogon/eid_suite/general/
  • You may obtain your UT EID by calling or sending an e-mail to our office and requesting your UT EID.

New Online Service!

Enroll in our free and convenient Loan AutoPay program. This program allows you to set up your monthly loan payments to be automatically deducted from a checking or savings account. Please see Payment Options or call 512-475-7779, option 3 for more information.

eCheck!

With your UT EID and password, you can now make a one-time payment by check that electronically withdraws funds from your checking account. Please see Payment Options or call 512-475-7779, option 3 for more information.
