Records Management Services manages a mailing list, ut-retention@utlists.utexas.edu, for those interested in receiving Records Management Services news and information. You may request to subscribe at the UT Lists web page. Or send an e-mail to recordsmgmt@austin.utexas.edu requesting to be added to the ut-retention mailing list.

The UT Austin Department System requires each department to designate a Records Management Contact. Records Management Contacts receive all e-mail news and information from Records Management Services and do not need to subscribe to the ut-retention mailing list.
