The following schedule is established in order to meet the deadlines for UT System Review and for approval by the Board of Regents.

1st week of March, 1998 Send information budget instructions to departments .
End of March, 1998 Long-session Budget due to Budget Office .
2nd week of April, 1998 UT System Budget Hearings .
1st of May, 1998 Summer budgets due to Budget Office .
Beginning of May, 1998 Budgets due to UT System .
June and July 1998 Legislative Appropriation Request preparation .
August 1998 Budgets approved by Regents .
October 1998 Final LAR submission .
