April 3-16, 2002	Proposed budget policy/resouce allocation hearing with System Administration
May 3, 2002	Draft copies (temporary binding) of budgets due to System Administration, including copies of supplemental data
May 6-17, 2002	Technical budget hearing with System Administration
May 31, 2002	Copies of budgets (temporary binding) due to System Administration with copies of adjusted supplemental data
