The following schedule is established in order to meet the deadlines for UT System review and for approval by the Board of Regents.

| April 15 (Wed) | VP - Diversity & Community Engagement, VP - Legal Affairs, VP - Public Affairs, University Development Office, Graduate Studies, Information, LBJ, School, Nursing, Social Work, Undergraduate Studies |
| April 17 (Fri) | President's Office, VP - Information Technology, VP - Research, Architecture, Communication, Continuing & Innovative Education, Education, Fine Arts, Jackson School, Pharmacy |
| April 20 (Mon) | Provost Office, VP - Employee & Campus Services, VP - Financial Affairs, VP - Student Affairs, Business, Engineering, Law, Liberal Arts, Natural Sciences |
| April 16 - May 3 (Thu - Sat) | Budget Office Review |
| May 4 - May 18 (Mon - Mon) | Provost Office Review |
| Late May | Legislative appropriations finalized |
| Early June | Final budget instructions and salary policy distributed to campus |
| Early June | E&G Salary Allocations completed |
| Early to Mid June | BDL documents returned to creator for salary increase recommendations |
| Mid June | Final budgets are due to the Budget Office |
| Mid to Late June | Budget & Provost Office Review |
| *June 29 (Mon) | Budget due to UT System Administration |
| *June 29 (Mon) | High-ranking, highly compensated and top ten salary reports due to UT System Administration |
| *July 2 - 8 (Thu - Wed) | Technical budget review with UT System Administration |
| *July 7- 8 (Wed - Thu) | Board of Regents to review/approve Presidents' and Executive Officers' compensation and other high-ranking and highly compensated salaries |
