Icons

Scholarship/Fellowship uses icons (images) throughout the system that serve a variety of functions. Below are the most commonly used icons:

Icon	Description
	The help icon is used to access information on specific, context-level topics. A new window opens and offers assistance with the associated term or concept.
	The lookup icon is used to search for field specific data.
	The calendar icon is used to automatically fill date fields by selecting the specific date.
	The up/down arrow icon is used to reorder data in charts, tables, and columns.

The inbox links to a user’s personal UT Direct Electronic Document Inbox where documents await for review and approval.

FRMS Help – Links to the FRMS Help Welcome page that contains help and support for common FRMS processes
Scholarship Office – Links to the Scholarship and Fellowship Services home page
SAN (Secure Academic Note) – Links to SAN, a secure environment in which university advisors and administrators can correspond with students
EASI – Links to Electronic Access to Student Information. a website that allows administrative users of student applications access to services/applications from one starting point
Academic Calendars – links to current academic calendars on the Office of the Registrar’s home page
Advisors’ Tookit – links to Advisors’ Toolkit, a website providing student profile information for use by advisors
Tax ID Self-Reporting Page – links to the Tax ID System’s self-reporting page that provides users with a secure connection when providing tax identifiers to the university
askUS – Links to a database of frequently asked questions and answers to many of the university’s administrative systems.
