HRMS Tip: Locked Fields

When an HRMS document is created, certain fields cannot be updated on the document once the creator moves forward from the start page by selecting Walk-me-Through or All-in-one. To ensure your position is set up as intended, you are encouraged to carefully consider the following fields before moving off of the start page when creating HRMS documents.

Locked fields on Create a New Position (JC1, JA1 and JH1 document types)
