HRMS Provides Secured Data Modules for Developers The Human Resource Management System (HRMS) team has published information to help developers access data that is available through that system. HRMS currently contains human resource data for classified and A&P employees, including information on positions, attributes of positions (such as benefits eligibility and annual rate), and reporting relationships. Secured modules with this data are available to the IT community and may be useful to you. You can view and access these modules here. In November 2009, phase 2 of HRMS will deploy and will bring into the system faculty and student positions. More secured modules with additional human resource, employee, and payroll data will become available through HRMS on all university employee populations. We will keep you informed when these become available.
