Can I fill multiple positions through one recruiting effort?

Yes. HRMS will allow you to fill up to four positions under the same recruiting effort. The positions must have the same job code, benefits eligibility, begin and end dates, hours per week, work schedule, and all must report to the same unit code.

Selected applicants may be assigned as they are identified, while recruitment/selection for other vacancies continues; however the Recruiting Summary must be completed and approved by the department before the final selected applicant can be assigned.

Please note the number of vacancies in an existing recruiting effort may be decreased, but may NOT be increased. The Recruiting Summary creator and delegates can decrease the number of vacancies by selecting the Recruiting section of the document and updating the Number of Vacancies field.
