Contact System Authorizations

The Contact System is an extension of the Department System wherein a department head designates individuals who perform a specific role for the department. An individual may have more than one role in a department and can be a contact for more than one department. The Contact System section is accessible from the Employee Authorizations section.

The screen below lists the employee's Contact Types, identifies the Departments and Campuses they serve, and enables the employee's contact status to be modified.
