  • Affiliated Worker Information:

On February 3, the HRMS team along with representatives from Human Resource Services, ITS, the ID Center, the International Office, the Office of the Vice President for Research, and Payroll Services hosted an Affiliated Worker Informational Session. Feel free to download handouts from that session to learn more about affiliated workers.

  • Changes to HRMS Support for Austin

Beginning February 1, the HRMS Support line will be monitored for calls between the hours of 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, during normal university work days. Messages left between the hours of 9 a.m. and noon will be returned the same day. Messages left in the afternoon may not be returned until the following business day, depending on the time the call was received. Support options for Austin can be found via the Contact HRMS Support link located at the bottom of all HRMS pages.


HRMS Phase 2.5 Updates

Phase 2.5 will involve  releases of new features in HRMS throughout 2010. Information on new features, release dates, and training will be published here as Phase 2.5 progresses.

Phase 2.5 features include:

  • Budget Update Document (BUD)
  • Budgetary Funding
  • Mass Update Document (MUD)
  • Salary Update Document (SUD)
  • Summer Assignments

Are users' command authorizations and routing
properly setup to use HRMS?

To use the system, users must have command authorizations setup in *DEFINE. This may require coordination with *DEFINE office managers/delegates. Please see this Web page or print this PDF document for more information and instructions.
