Functional testing involves evaluating the HRMS system to see if it effectively handles business processes according to its intended design and meets users’ needs. Phase 2.5 testing will continue from January through March 2010. Ongoing team testing will occur throughout deployment of each Phase 2.5 feature.
HRMS Issue Reporting System (JIRA) (UT EID required)—Testers should report issues using JIRA, an issue tracking software. Location Information for Austin Testing will occur in the NOA building at the corner of 27th Street and Wichita. Parking validation will be available.
