Courses

UT Austin users can enroll for Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Phase 2 training through TXClass.

Courses are organized by employee population type. Please sign up only for courses that address the employee populations with whom you work.

PN750 HRMS Phase 2 - Basics

Users who received PN704 (HRMS Phase 1 training) for classified and A&P positions do not need to sign up for this course. Users who attend PN755 for faculty do not need to sign up for this course.

This course is not a substitute for PN704 Phase 1 training. If users did not receive PN704  Phase 1 training, they need to sign up for PN759 HRMS Phase 2 - Basics.
