Open Work Sessions
Open Work Sessions are opportunities to receive one-on-one assistance with specific tasks in HRMS. The work session format is NOT traditional, instructor-led training. Functional team members are present to assist users, and users can come and go as they please. Attendees are expected to bring specific tasks to work on during each session.
Please note: Each work session will focus on a particular position type, e.g., students OR faculty OR classified and A&P. Only functional experts who deal with those position types specific to the work session will be available, so if you work only with student positions, you will not want to attend a classified and A&P work session.
PN760 – A&P/Classified Work Session
PN761 – Student and/or Affiliated Worker Work Session
