Legislative Appropriation Request, and all related supporting reports
and analyses.
Campus Real Estate Office
Administers transactions relating to interests in real property assets including acquisitions,
dispositions, management, leasing (both landlord and tenant), easements, and license agreements.
Office of the Controller
(Formerly "The Business Manager's Office")
Manages various specialized business functions, including vehicle insurance, surplus property sales and disposal, fee change
proposals, unrelated business income, federal tax returns, and others.
HUB/SADBO Program
Program Historically Underutilized Business Program information for faculty,
staff and vendors.
Payroll Services
Payroll is responsible for producing and distributing payroll for over
22,000 employees, tax reporting and compliance, processing departmental
scholarship payments, and nonresident alien tax status evaluation.
Purchasing Office
Information for faculty and staff and for vendors.
Financial Affairs LAN Team
Manages all technical aspects of the Financial Affairs local area network,
including workstations, printers, servers, storage, and network infrastructure.
