You may register for any training session listed below through TXClass.

DE 461 - Understanding Space and the WORQSpace System

DE 461 is appropriate for first time space coordinators. It's for people responsible for tracking use of space on campus through the WORQSpace system. Covers the basics of space on campus including terminology, use of WORQSpace and generating reports.

DE 465 - WORQSpace Proctored Sessions

DE 465 is appropriate for space coordinators who are already familiar with WORQSpace and are actively working on updating their space data. There is no formal class outline that is followed. Members of the Space Team will be available to answer any questions you may have about your space. Class attendees will have the opportunity to log into the system at a computer workstation in the classroom and submit their updates.

DE 470 - Space Survey Training for Research-intensive Units

DE 470 is for Space Coordinators and Reviewers of research-intensive units. Teaches the nuances of assigning functions to space with emphasis on research-related assignments.

DE 471 - Space Survey Training for Academic and Administrative Units

DE 471 is for Space Coordinators and Reviewers of academic and/or administrative units. Teaches the nuances of assigning functions to space with emphasis on instructional and administrative assignments including other sponsored and institutional activities.
