The Campus Club offers eight private rooms and our elaborate dining room. Our stellar catering services can be tailored to any function, from office lunches to elegant galas, and bar service for any event. Let our talented event managers collaborate with you to create a unique menu that is perfect for your event. The Club is available for your University community events, from retirement receptions and anniversary celebrations to corporate meetings and conferences for groups or individuals.

Catered Event Details

Parking at reduced rates is available in the San Antonio Parking Garage (SAG) across from the Club and may be arranged through us. Please call for information.

Major changes or cancellations require 5 working days notice. A service charge and costs incurred for food or other items may be billed on cancellations.

Cash bars require two attendants. Each bartender is $25 per hour.

Receptions must meet a $250 food minimum or be billed the difference. All weekend events must meet a $750 food total.

The Campus Club is an exclusive caterer, outside food is not allowed inside the Club. Health Department regulations prohibit taking any food from the premises with the exception of the wedding cake.

The Campus Club shall not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles.
