The applications and systems supported by Information Management include FAMIS, WORQS, WORQSpace, MyEclipse, Cognos, ArcGIS, AutoCAD Map, FAMIS CAD, Pictometry, Meridian Document Management, Pervasive Data Profiler, and related interfaces. The following statistics provide an indication of how extensively these systems are used:
- FAMIS for Facilities – 100K Work Orders per Year, 25K Equipment Records, $50M Project Expenses per Year, 600 Users
- FAMIS for DHFS – 30K Work Orders per Year, 77 Users
- WORQS – 6000 Default Users, 600 Expanded Access Users, 8500 Requests per Year
- WORQSpace – 420 Space Coordinators, 652 Buildings, 1420 Floors, 48K Rooms
- Cognos – 100 FAMIS Reports
