update my personal information?
Once you initially login to WORQS, your user record is created (visible on Requestor Profile page), so if you have changes you will need to contact the WORQS manager and request that your requestor record be updated.
Search for requests and then click the link entitled 'Excel', which is located directly below the Work Request List heading. In the file download dialog box click the 'Save' button. In the Save As dialog box designate the save location and file name and click 'Save'.
What is Expanded Access? How do i request it?
All requestors automatically receive default access to WORQS. This will allow them to submit work requests and monitor requests that they have submitted. In order to search for requests or view financial data a user will need Expanded Access. Have your departmental manager full out and submit a request for expanded access, which is located at the bottom of the content section of the main WORQS page, to get your access level upgraded. Request expanded access.

There are 2 ways to see requests that you have submitted. If you click the link entitled "Requestor Profile" from the Navigation Menu you will see all requests that you have entered in the last 120 days. If you want to see all requests that you have submitted, see the instructions on viewing requests that others have submitted, using the name value from your Requestor Profile.

Click the link entitled "Work Requests" under the Navigation Menu header "Search For", enter the requestor's name in the field labeled "Requestor Name", and click the "Search" button.
Note: If you do not see the "Search For" link on the navigation menu, you will need to request Expanded Access through your departmental manager. See Requesting Expanded Access for more information.

Click the link entitled "Work Requests" under the Navigation Menu header "Search For", enter the department name or unit code in the field labeled "Department", and click the "Search Department List" button. Select the department from the Department List (the window containing the Department List will close and return focus to the Search for Work Request window) and click the "Search" button.
Click the link entitled "Work Requests" under the Navigation Menu header "Search For", enter any or all of the following fields: Service Request number, Work Order number, Capital Project number, Requestor Name, Account Number, Department, Service Request Status, Work Order Status, Beginning Date, Ending Date in the appropriate field, and click and click on the appropriate 'Search' button. Add advanced search options if necessary and click on the appropriate 'Search' button.
Click on the link entitled "Capital Projects" under the Navigation Menu header "Search For", enter any or all of the following fields: Capital Project Number, Capital Project Status, Capital Project Type, Capital Project Manager, Client, Account Number, Beginning Date, Ending Date and click on the appropriate 'Search' button. Add advanced search options if necessary and click on the appropriate 'Search' button.
Click on the link entitled "CRIB Requests" under the Navigation Menu header "Search For", enter any or all of the following fields: CRIB Document ID, Requestor Name, Contact Name, Department, Beginning and/or Ending Date, Building, Floor, or Room and click on the appropriate 'Search' button.
check the status of work request?
See instructions for searching for a work request. The SR & WO statuses (if applicable) will be displayed.

see all charges for an account?
Click the link entitled "Account Bill History" under the Navigation Menu header "Cost Statements", enter the account number in the field labeled "Account Number", (enter the bill history beginning date, if applicable) and click the "Get Bill History" button. To see details on DTN charges, click the DTN link.
see charges associated with a DTN?
Click the link entitled "DTN WO Charges" under the Navigation Menu header "Cost Statements", enter the DTN in the field labeled "Departmental Transaction Number", and click the "Get DTN WO Breakdown" button to view all charges.
view charges for a specific account for a specified period of time?
To search for charges to an account by month, click the link entitled 'Monthly'. On this page enter the account number and select the specific Bill Period and click "Get Statement" to see the monthly charges for the provided account.
To search for charges to account by year, click the link entitled 'Yearly'. On this page enter the account number and select the specific Fiscal Year and click "Get Statement" to see the monthly charges for the provided account.
If a CRIB request has reached final approval status, then you will need to contact the crew to which the request is assigned. See instructions on searching for CRIB requests.
Otherwise, the document creator can open the request and click the "Delete Document" button.
