Programs for professional development and career enhancement through the Division of Continuing Education.
Continuing Education develops and delivers public, onsite, and distance certificate programs, seminars, and workshops designed to help you advance in your chosen field, develop a new career, re-charge your batteries, or acquire new skills.
Our flexible career development options include evening, weekday, and distance classes as well as customized training delivered onsite to corporations, agencies, and other organizations.
Career development options are available through four Continuing Education departments:
Professional Development Center - noncredit seminars, workshops, and certificate programs offered in the classroom, onsite, or at a distance.
University Extension - credit certificate programs in Business Foundations and in Elements of Computing.
Petroleum Extension Service (PETEX) - certificate programs and instructional materials related to the petroleum industry.
Thompson Conference Center - computer workshops and online computer courses.
