Scoring Center
The K16 Scoring Center was established in 1988 as an official national scoring site under the auspices of The GED Testing Service. Our primary purpose was to score GED tests and essays for Texas; consistently in the top three states for annual volume. By 1994, K16 Scoring had created the first fully centralized database and scoring system for GED tests. Our experience with national and state standardized assessment allows us to provide our customers with quality results, useful analytic tools, and collaborative, customized services.
We use high-speed scanners to capture data from conventional answer sheets, and can securely process electronic files for scoring, statistical analysis, surveys, and evaluation results. We have experience in assisting institutional and private organizations with custom forms and reports and providing specialized scoring for educational publishers. The K16 Education Center also offers online exam and form delivery service.
