Leadership Skills for Managers Certificate Program

Course Details

The Leadership Skills for Managers Certificate Program in the Professional Development Center gives managers the keys to becoming great leaders and shows them how to apply newly acquired leadership skills. Upon completing this University of Texas at Austin program, managers will have a better understanding of what it means to be a leader within their organizations: leading versus managing, thinking strategically, and developing employees. Participants choose the specific PDC courses that will help them reach their leadership goals.

A framed certificate will be presented to you at your last workshop in the certificate program.

There are no prerequisites for the Leadership Skills for Managers Certificate Program certificate.

Certificate Requirements, Scheduling, and Pricing

To achieve the Leadership Skills for Managers Certificate Program,

1. Select the leadership and management courses that best match your specific needs, and complete six courses in the leadership skills certificate on your own schedule.
2. There is not a time limit for completion of the program. Each course is one or two weekdays (8:30a.m.- 4:30 p.m.). Classes are offered several times throughout the year.
3. To register for a course, click on the class link highlighted in orange. The class dates and registration links are listed on the individual class pages. The course prices range from $325 -$645.
