Process Management remains critical to organizational success. The new challenge of process management is to achieve operational excellence, superior quality, speed, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and better strategies.

Use this program to develop the technical skills, people skills, political acumen, and strategic creativity needed to meet your organization’s goals. Electives allow you to tailor the program to your specific needs.

There is no prerequisite for this course.

Certificate Requirements

To qualify for this certificate, complete three core seminars and two electives for a total of five seminars. You may take courses in any order, although beginning with Process Mapping and the other core courses, followed by the electives, usually works best. Note that previously completed PDC process management seminars may be applied to the certificate.

You may select either Developing Your Public Sector Balanced Scorecard or The Balanced Scorecard: Making Strategy Measurable as a core course choice but not both courses.

Upon completing five courses toward this certificate, fill out the certificate application on our Web site, and fax it to the coordinator at (512) 232-6126. You may also call (512) 471-4633 to apply for the certificate and to sign up for the final workshop.

No prerequisites are required for this certificate.

Capstone assessment

Contact the program coordinator to receive details about the new process management capstone assessment, case study analysis, and testing.
