Emotions run high when communicating on important issues. Successful communicators are effective even during the most challenging interactions. If you have ever walked away from an important conversation and wished you had handled it differently, this is the workshop for you. Crucial conversations require crucial communication strategies, when it matters most.
Staying focused and flexible and choosing to address the problem at hand will help ensure that the interaction does not escalate into a confrontation. By utilizing the tools and techniques taught in this workshop, you will be able to communicate with less emotion and to build stronger relationships when it counts.
