Building Personal Leadership Skills

Course Details

Project Management Institute logo

Since most of us aren’t born leaders, few of us feel fully comfortable walking into a leadership role for the first time. On the other hand, that doesn’t mean we can’t become leaders. We can develop leadership skills if we have the desire, learn how to develop leadership traits, and practice.

This workshop provides a fundamental understanding of the leadership characteristics that any employee can use when opportunities to lead occur. This method applies to both managers and those who are not in formal leadership positions.

You will enhance your knowledge of leadership development with the definitions, characteristics, and coaching techniques of personal leadership. You’ll also learn about assessing the basic emotional intelligence in your organization.

Professional Development Units (PDUs)

This workshop is worth 7 PDUs.
