This package meets the 180-hour Core licensing requirement for real estate salespersons.

Modern Real Estate Practice in Texas: 30-Hour Principles I, Version 14.0 - 0111 (30 hours)
The course covers real estate brokerage and the law of agency, fair housing laws, the Texas Real Estate License Act, ownership, taxes, contracts and listing agreements. As part of our line of pre-licensing products, this course combines lessons that students can review at their own pace, up to five different types of interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics, and exams that measure student understanding of the material.

Modern Real Estate Practice in Texas: 30-Hour Principles II, Version 14.0 - 0112 (30 hours)
The 30 Hour Principles II course covers appraisal, financing, transfer of title and title records, math, closing, leases, property management, land-use controls and real estate investment. As part of our line of pre-licensing products, this course combines lessons that students can review at their own pace, up to five different types of interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics, and exams that measure student understanding of the material.

Law of Agency, Version 6.1 - 1111 (30 hours)
Texas Real Estate Law of Agency incorporates the latest legislation affecting state agency law and regulations. This is the only Texas-specific agency course that explains agency relationships in a logical teaching sequence and in clear, straightforward language.

Law of Contracts Correspondence - 1200 (30 hours)
Texas Real Estate Law of Contracts provides important and current information about the Texas Real Estate Commission and crucial TREC forms. Students will learn how to use these forms in many different transactions for various types of property sales. Students will understand these contracts through comprehensive reading assignments and quizzes.

Essentials of Real Estate Finance for Texas, Version 4.1 - 0411 (30 hours)
This course is a practical resource for students because it provides comprehensive coverage of real estate finance concepts and can help students pass their exams.

Promulgated Contracts Correspondence
Provides a clear, practical approach to purchase agreements and an in-depth analysis of Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) forms with case studies to provide hours of practice using TREC promulgated forms. Includes the unauthorized practice of law, broker-lawyer committee, current promulgated forms, commission rules governing use of forms, and case studies involving the use of forms.
