Deborah Leverett

Deborah Leverett, owner of Entera + Partners , is a consultant, speaker, and teacher on developing leaders, creating a positive and ethical culture, and helping organizations achieve competitive positioning. Her consulting firm, Entera + Partners LLC, has worked with regional, national and international for profit and non-profit organizations. Clients such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, University of Houston, St. Mark’s Medical Center and the Long Center for Performing Arts are just a few of the organizations whose leadership teams have profited and grown from the unique strategies developed at Entera.

Deborah holds certifications from the Center for Creative Leadership in the most current methodologies in leadership effectiveness and development programs and is proficient and knowledgeable in the area of adult learning.

She currently serves on the Long Center for the Performing Arts Corporate Council; has been an adjunct professor in management at Concordia University in Austin and served on the boards of the Austin Leadership Forum, the Concordia School of Business Advisory Board and ABBA (Austin Bridge Builders Alliance). Deborah helped establish the Center for Ethical Leadership at the LBJ School of Public Affairs and has written character-based leadership curriculum for secondary level for school districts, police departments and the Texas Governor’s Center for Management Development.

A native of San Antonio, Texas, received an undergraduate degree in education from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio and a Master of Education from the University of Texas. She currently lives in Austin, Texas.
