Marsha Hughes, PMP, CBAP, CSM, and CSP, has 25+ years of experience in software development as a developer, business analyst, project manager, instructor, course developer, and consultant. She has developed and delivered training on agile methods, business analysis, and project management to corporate clients worldwide. Marsha developed Vignette’s patent-pending Content Management Blueprint, a business analysis approach for developing content management applications, and the Vignette Solutions Methodology for Vignette Professional Services.

Marsha is a Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Practitioner, and has used agile techniques on multiple projects. She is a member of the core team formed by the IIBA to extend the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABoK) for agile methods. She has published and presented on the topics of agile requirements, business analysis, knowledge engineering, and project management, and is a co-inventor on a patent for Computer-Aided Decision Making.
