Patricia M. Arnold, CPCU, ALCM, has over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in the property/casualty field. She is an experienced instructor, author, underwriter and field underwriter, with focus on complex insurance coverage and risk management issues. She has served the insurance industry in a variety of capacities, including underwriting/loss control and as a certified Continuing Education provider in Texas. Her professional credentials include Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM). She is a member of the Central Texas Chapter of the CPCU Society, serving as chapter president in 2004/5, and the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS). Areas of special interest to Pat are products legal liability, governance, and sustainability. Currently she is a lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin, and a provider of commercial and personal lines courses in insurance, risk management, ethics for the insurance professional.
