Managing projects is an undertaking in itself, but when they’re on a global scale, project managers face an entirely new set of circumstances: cross-cultural issues, regulations, logistics and processes, managing at a distance, and much more. This program focuses on the project life cycle in a global context and explores cross-cultural, managerial variables from both a theoretical and a practical application standpoint.

PDC is a globally approved Registered Education Provider (R.E.P) of the Project Management Institute (PMIĀ®).

There is no prerequisite for this course.
