Course Details

Good project management is an important part of general business management; for information technology projects, it is critical. A successful IT project begins with a well-defined set of requirements that is effectively managed throughout the project.

Business analysts play a critical role in the success of information technology projects. In some cases, they are project managers, but often they are team members assigned to specific tasks within the project.

This course will link the business analyst’s role to successful project delivery and provide tools and skills to raise the business analyst’s contributions to the successful project.
