This two-day workshop covers requirements elicitation techniques and considerations, including hands-on activities, practice elicitation sessions, and group facilitation. This workshop includes material and techniques from the Elicitation knowledge area in the IIBA’s Business Analyst Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide).
