“The Emotional Intelligence Leadership series consists of two classes. The first class, Emotional Intelligence in Leadership Part 1 assesses attendees’ Emotional Intelligence through a powerful assessment and helps them understand how their own emotional intelligence impacts their leadership skills. The second class, Emotional Intelligence in Leadership Part 2 was designed as a complement to the first class and builds on the assessment results focusing on helping attendees understand how to improve in very specific areas to most enhance their presence as a leader. For optimal impact, it is most important that both classes in the series be completed, beginning with Emotional Intelligence in Leadership Part 1 followed in close succession by Emotional Intelligence in Leadership Part 2. EQi REQUIRED PRIOR TO CLASS!

This workshop utilizes the acclaimed Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi). Participants will be emailed a consent form and the url for the EQi prior to the start of the course. Participants must complete the EQi at least two working days prior to the workshop. This allows the instructor time to review the EQi results and prepare a report for each participant. Completing the EQi prior to class increases the benefit you receive from the course.

Prerequisite

Completing the EQi is a prerequisite for this course. There is a non-refundable fee of $55 for the EQi included in the price of this class.
