Human Resources as Strategic Business Partner

Course Details

Human Resources Certification Institute logo Many Human Resource professionals strive to be more involved in the strategic activities of the organization; activities such as strategic planning, product launches, financial analyses, decision-making, and operations reviews.

However, many HR professionals experience difficulty in “getting a seat at the table,” or gaining credibility as a valued partner in the minds of executive and line management. This dilemma leaves the HR professional without the information or influence necessary to be most effective in the job. Moreover, this dilemma leaves the executive team without the important perspective on human assets that HR brings to strategic decision making.
