Managing without Authority

Course Details

You are mandated to lead without a title or the authority to make decisions, but you must complete the task on time and on budget. Managing projects or people without having the authority are becoming the norm for organizations that are moving toward cross functional and self directed teams.

Learn skills to build trust and help other team members realize their potential in completing projects, tasks, long term goals. This one day workshop will give you the skill set to develop a team that crosses departmental and geographical boundaries.
