Online Texas Real Estate Salesperson Program

Course Details

The University and PDC will be closed November 26 and 27. PDC will reopen on November 30. No certificates will be issued during this time. Certificates will be issued again beginning December 1.

The University of Texas at Austin’s Professional Development Center, TREC provider number 0343, now offers online courses approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

You can satisfy requirements for real estate sales professionals in Texas for:

  • Salesperson Pre-licensure (including bundled course packages and exam prep materials)
  • Salesperson Annual Education (SAE)
  • Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) [TREC provider number 0343]
    These MCE courses fulfill the 15 hour MCE recertification requirement.

TREC Alternative Instructional Methods Reporting Form
Students must complete this form, sign, and fax to the education provider. The form is in a pdf format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and view this file.

Evaluation Form — Once you have completed your course work, please complete the evaluation form. This form is required by TREC and is part of the certification process.
