Fundamentals of Petroleum Correspondence Course
This course was developed to give students a broad-ranging introduction to the petroleum industry. Its ten lessons cover aspects of geology, exploration, leasing, drilling rigs, drilling operations, production, transportation, refining and processing, environmental and health concerns, and marketing. The student receives the textbook Fundamentals of Petroleum, 4th ed. and a study guide consisting of supplementary and explanatory material and test questions. Satisfactory completion earns the student three CEUs, a Certificate of Completion, and a hardhat sticker.
