IADC E-Publication: Delivering Zero Incidents For The Drilling Industry
Safe operations in drilling and well construction are a
cornerstone of the mission of the International Association of Drilling Contractors, and a top priority for the industry. Ultimately, the industry’s goal is to achieve zero incidents. “Delivering Zero Incidents” draws from articles published in IADC’s official magazine Drilling Contractor and from numerous IADC conferences to provide practical advice and case studies of how companies can create and sustain a culture that not only pursues safe operations, but internalizes safe behaviors and actions, from top management to the newest roughneck.
