WTTC PumpThis standalone PETEX training facility on The University of Texas of the Permian Basin (UTPB) campus houses instructional and laboratory facilities, and a full-scale operational lease facility in one large enclosed area.

This facility trains lease operators and technicians, drilling and measurement personnel, and others associated with production operations on some of the most common drilling, measurement, and production process and operations equipment used today.

     • From E. Loop 338, turn West on to University Blvd.
     • From University Blvd. head North on Main Blvd.
     • From Main Blvd. turn right on South Road (you will see PETEX on
        a concrete marker pointing to the right).
     • Head East on South Road past the Physical Plant to the end of the road.
     • The road dead ends into the PETEX parking lot for the training facility.
