PARKING INFORMATION

Free parking is available on a first come, first sever basis in the Thompson Conference Center parking lot, called Lot 40, on the corner of Dean Keaton and Red River. If a participant receives a ticket while parked correctly in Lot 40, appeals may be made by the participant to Parking and Transportation. The participant can refer to the appropriate institute held at TCC as proof of his or her need to park in Lot 40. The Thompson Conference Center will not be able to reimburse participants for any parking tickets or receipts.

Discounted rates are available to any participants who must pay to park in Manor Garage; see the conference services office to receive a coupon.

For participants taking a Science institute in Welch Hall who would prefer to park closer, paid parking is available in the San Antonio and San Jacinto garages.
