Erick Green Wins 2008 TOP Award

Please help me in congratulating Erick Green on his win of the Truly Outstanding Performance award (TOP) announced at the CIE picnic on July 20, 2008. Erick met both criteria that were required for this award:

(1) The nominee has significantly improved customer service or increased customer satisfaction for University customers either within or outside the University (2) The nominee has significantly improved a work process system or significantly increased the efficiency of an operation or unit

Erick has an incredibly positive attitude that seems infectious to those around him. I listen to him work with people on a daily basis and am always impressed with his patience and understanding. In this line of business (IT), it is rare to find an individual with all of the traits that Erick has: Knowledge, skill, outgoing personality, understanding, patience, dedication, teaching ability, curiosity, and an absolute willingness to do anything. He is truly one of a kind. Thank you Erick for everything you do for all of us!
