Advising
Advising is available year round for students interested in either semester-based, classroom courses or online courses. University Extension encourages students to consult with an advisor before registering.
Dr. Mike Raney is University Extension’s academic advisor. He can help you with questions pertaining to your academic progress, such as earning academic credit, degree completion rules, course equivalencies, or even how to get started on your academic career.
Dr. Raney is available to meet with students in person on specified monthly advising days, or by appointment. You may contact him by e-mail with questions or to schedule an appointment.
Walk-In Advising will be conducted in Will C. Hogg building (WCH), Room 2.102 at the following dates/times:
- Monday, November 9, 4-6 p.m.
- Tuesday, November 10, 4-6 p.m.
Walk-In Advising Days for December will be posted on this web page and on our calendar when they are available.
