:: Register for AP* Summer Institutes at UT Austin

HOW TO REGISTER

1. Pick the institute you would like to register for. Institute descriptions are provided under the subject areas on our homepage. We recommend you register early as space is limited. Registrants are placed on the official institute roster in the order of payment or purchase order for payment received.

2. Review fee information. Fees include course materials, parking, lunch, and snacks. The cost of a summer institute is $495 if you are officially enrolled (paid) by May 1, 2013, and $540 after May 1, 2013 except for AP Studio Art and AP Art History in Costa Rica.

The AP Registration Fee for AP Studio Art and AP Art History in Costa Rica will be $540, plus additional fees for accommodations and excursions in Costa Rica. For further information take a look at the course descriptions on our website and the College of Fine Arts web page .

3. Review cancellation, refund, substitution, transfer and attendance policies and review UT’s privacy statement.

4. Remember that during the registration process, you must supply us with an email address. Please choose an email address that you use throughout the school year AND during the summer, as we will use email to communicate important APSI information.

5. Register by making one of the choices below:

6. Registration will close at noon the Thursday before each institute start date.

Payment and Confirmation

Registration is complete once we receive payment. We will e-mail confirmation of official registration to the registrant and e-mail or mail confirmation of payment to the payer (registrant, campus, or district). If you do not receive confirmation within 10 days of payment, please call our office (512-471-3121) to confirm your registration.
