Transcripts

Your grades for University Extension courses will be recorded by and kept permanently in the UT Austin Office of the Registrar. If you have an EID, you may request a transcript online through UT’s secure transcript order system. You may also write directly to Office of the Registrar: Transcript Services, P.O. Box 7216, Austin, Texas 78713-7216 or call 475-7689. State clearly what course or courses are involved, when they were taken, and to whom the transcripts should be sent. Please allow at least two weeks from the time the Registrar receives the request until your transcript is received in the office of another institution. Each transcript costs $10 whether you pay by mail, in person, or by phone using your credit card number. Transcripts are not issued for courses in which the student receives a grade of Q or if the student audits a course.
