To the extent provided by applicable law, no person shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or be subject to discrimination under any program or activity sponsored or conducted by The University of Texas System or any of its component institutions on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, veteran status, or disability.

The provisions of this bulletin do not constitute a contract, express or implied, between any applicant, student, or faculty member and The University of Texas at Austin, The University of Texas System or University Extension. University Extension reserves the right to withdraw courses at any time, change fees, rules, calendar, curriculum, and any other requirements affecting students. Changes will become effective whenever the proper authorities so determine and will apply to both prospective students and those already enrolled.
