:: Managing Online Course Deadlines
Graduating soon or trying to finish your online course?
With the end of the semester fast approaching, many students will be working to complete the final assignments for their online courses and preparing to take the final exam. For students enrolled in a UEX online course that will expire in October, November or December, this can be an especially busy time.
Tips for Success
- Give yourself some wiggle room. Remember that you must allow for instructor grading time and exam mailing time (if you’re outside of Austin) when considering whether you can complete your course requirements in time.
- Don’t wait to purchase an extension. If you determine that you cannot complete the course before the expiration date, you may apply for a course extension.
- Are you taking a foreign language course? Remember that if you need to schedule the private room (PC and recording device) in the K-16 Education Testing Center, it is only available by appointment.
