University Extension (UEX) at The University of Texas at Austin offers a wide range of classroom and online courses from the UT Austin course inventory. UEX courses appear on your UT transcript, are included in your cumulative UT GPA, and semester courses are eligible for financial aid.
UEX classes:

Advising is available year round for students interested in taking advantage of UEX course options. UEX encourages students to consult with an advisor before registering.
Classroom Courses
UEX classroom courses complement UT’s semester calendar, but they meet after 5 p.m. on the main UT Austin campus. The courses are a selection of the same ones offered during the day, and are often taught by the same faculty. You can also use your financial aid award to pay for them.
