On Veterans’ Day, our students are our inspiration!

University Extension (UEX) welcomes the opportunity to help veterans and their dependents meet their academic goals.

Below are some of our military students. We thank you for your service and for sharing your stories!

Baron Barrera served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He took self-paced online courses with UEX to complete general education course requirements.
Hilda Eusebio is a military spouse. She utilized the education benefits offered by the MyCAA program to take prerequisites for graduate school in nursing.

Daniel Halverstadt serves in the U.S. Air Force. He took one of UEX’s self-paced online physics courses to complete his bachelor’s degree.
Shannon Mugrage is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, taking courses with UEX to maintain progress on his educational goals, while taking some time off from full-time study.
